Inserts a blank row below the current cell.

Insert Column
Inserts a column to the right of the current cell

Insert Cell
Inserts a single cell. A pop-up asks how you want it to affect the other cells.

Insert Object
A pop-up asks what type of object

Insert Symbol,

Insert Chart
The chart will be based on the cells you select beforehand.

Define Name
You can define a range of cells by giving them a name.

Insert Page Break
Sets the page breaks for printing the spreadsheet.
