The Scenario

Kinver Point Business Village is a beautiful business hub in the South Staffordshire countryside.  The site has a reputation as an eco-friendly and sympathetic transformation of redundant agricultural outbuildings.  Situated within a former farmyard, this unique and inspirational business village has given the barns a new lease of life and offer high-end business facilities to local businesses.

The site manager required a bespoke business application to assist with the running of the site, administer leases and manage services:

  • Record lease details and issue invoices at set time periods.
  • Handle hire data and issue invoices for extra storage facilities around the site.
  • Maintain record of electric and water meters for each unit.
  • Compile service usage and issue invoices for services used.
  • Track cleaner visits and costs.

The Plan
