broken down into stages if required. This means that you could implement
different elements of the programme at different times. You could start
with Sales & Invoicing, and introduce Marketing at a later date.
- Reflection and Clarification
We know that deciding on software for your company is an important
decision, and we want to ensure that we have answered all your questions
clearly and to your satisfaction.
- Implement Plan
When you decide you are ready to take your
first step into custom software we agree start and finish dates, then
implement the agreed plan. All disruption to your current operations
will be kept to a srict minimum. The software will be implemented, the
revised and cleaned data will be transferred and staff trained as
required.
- Review and Agree Job Completion
We then review the situation
and if you are satisfied that all the agreed tasks have been completed,
the job will be complete.
