After meeting Franc Sutherland of Working Data at a Federation of Small Businesses event, we hooked up with Working Data. The integration of their bespoke database into our business strategy has significantly enhanced the prospecting process and its level of functionality is particularly rich (deliberately so) with the long term aim of overtaking and replacing our current CRM.
No matter how complex the question or how complicated the requirement, Franc fielded all our requests and has always delivered in terms of quality, quantity time and cost − so much so that we have called the database 'Franc' in honour of his efforts!
