Before I met with Franc Sutherland and his company Working Data my databases were in absolute chaos. I have a database of approximately 2500 names and addresses some of which I need to contact on a weekly basis. This contact may be a Newsletter, a direct mail letter or a follow up phone call. I was looking for business software that would help me do this in an efficient manner.
